## What limits apply to the Free plan?

Every Free-plan company has a hard set of limits. These are enforced
server-side — the app simply won't let you add more once you hit a cap, and
shows you a message telling you to upgrade.

The trial period does **not** lift these limits: a 30-day trial is still a
Free account, and the limits apply from day one.

## How do limits work?

- Limits are counted live. Deleting a resource frees its slot, so you can
  create something new in its place.
- The 200 MB storage cap counts every file you upload through the app
  (property photos, documents, receipts, certificates, logos). Photos are
  compressed before storing, so they use far less than their original size.
- **Limits never delete your data.** If you go over a limit while on the Free
  plan, you keep everything you already have — you simply cannot add more.
- The AI assistant is covered by
  the same limits.

## How do I get more?

Upgrade to **Pro** — it removes the limits: unlimited properties, tenants,
leases, expenses, and storage, plus the mobile app and the AI assistant. See
